I land in Phnom Pen and depart from Siam Reap. Would like a recommendation for a 5 day trip. Thanks.

How will you travel between PP %26amp; SR? I suggest 2 days in PP %26amp; 3 full days in SS, if it is possible. The temples at Angkor should not be missed, but Phnom Penh is interesting as well...

5 days is a short visit but PP for 2 days then catch the morning Mekong Express bus to SR. You will arrive about 1pm and can get a 3 day temple pass (US$40) that afternoon to get a head start on the temples.

I will be with my family, wife and 3 elder kids. Should we fly from Phnom Pen to Siem Reap or hire a mini-bus. Is the drive nice?

Do you have hotel recommendations in PP and SR?
