I have to admit I have never seen art supplies, aside from stationery, in Cambodia. The closest you will find to a western-style shopping mall will be Sorya Mall in Phnom Penh, but it is mainly limited to clothing, electronics and food. I seriously doubt you%26#39;d find them in Siem Reap...

Go down by the National Museum near Sisowath Qy in PP, there%26#39;s plenty of art shops down there, or you could try bookshops / stationers on Monivong / Kampuchea Krom who have basic kits.

Lots of art shops on Street 178. If you cant buy any there theres plenty of places that could point you in the right direction.
