FCC vs. The Quay

Will be arriving first week of March..will be traveling with an 2 aunts, and my husband..which is a better choice of hotel in terms of proximity to the main tourist attractions, rate of comfort?

Both FCC %26amp; The Quay hotel are the same owner, FCC is cheaper than The Quay hotel as The Quay hotel is a new boutique hotel with 16 suites only

They both are nearly the same location, centrally located overlooking to the Mekong River.

We loved the FCC, so I%26#39;m sure the Quay must be far better considering how much they are charging per night.

Finally decided to book with FCC. Cheaper rates than the Quay. Besides, they have better reviews based on TA.
