Blue Lime and Raffles hotel - urgent queries for booking

Hullo!

After searching a lot, we have finaaly decided on Cambodia. We are staying four nights at SR, one night at Silhanoukville (Reef Resort or independence hotel- any additional info on this? d latest post wasnt very encouraging...) and two nights at PP...now the acco...unlike SR i do not see many choices...Pavillion is full but Blue lime has place...Raffles also luks gud though waiting for a quote...Which one to pick? Please let me know your thoughts!
