Could anyone tell me if there is another address to get e-visa , while the one I found 谋s not working .

Should you be flying into Cambodia , no need to bother , going through immigration is a walk in the park , just have your $20.00 , 2 photos and the forms filled in that they supply on the plane ready to present to the officer . Customs is no sweat either , make sure you have your form all filled out , never seen a bag opened .

We will be flying in to PP then on to Hanoi. Do we need to get the VN visas ahead of time or can we them at the airport too?

You have to get visas for VN ahead of time. You can get them in Cambodia pretty easily if you have enough time on the ground.

Apparently, you can now get VN visas on line as well. They are quite inexpensive. Google it...
