We plan to travel to PP at the end of the year with children 4 years old n 2 years old.
Was wondering about other places of interest other than the museums which I am concern that it%26#39;s a lil too much for the children. We are not really into temples either:) So far, we were told the palace n the quay are good choices.
How about the cruise is it safe to bring children?
We plan to be there for 4 days n 3 nites... Is it too long? Will there be enough for us to do?
travelling with lil children
Hi there
We just returned from a week in Cambodia with our 2 children (5 and 3) and found it a very easy place to visit. We were only in PP for 1.5 days, but felt another day or so would have been good to get a real feel for the city. We stayed at a great hotel called The Kabiki. It was very central, designed with families in mind and had 2 pools (one for the little kids %26amp; one for us bigger kids). It also has a restaurant attached with pretty good food in case you want to eat there. Our kids could only handle a little site-seeing at a time (they did like the palace etc), so we broke it up with stops at cafes etc. Ours loved the chocolate milkshakes at Cafe Fresco (bottom of the FCC building). We also found a great cafe (Le Jardin, 16, street 360) a lovely outdoor setting with a sandpit, treehouse %26amp; toys! Also, at the base of Wat Phnom is a large outdoor play area with (surprisingly) very good quality equipment. Ours had a great time playing there, but it does get quite busy. I hope that helps? Cheers.
