Vietnamese Embassy Opening Hours

I am trying to find out what time the Vietnam embassy in Phnom Penh opens and closes.

I need to get a visa for Vietnam and will wait until I am in Cambodia, but I only have a limited time.

Vietnamese Embassy Opening Hours

1) I NEVER deal directly with the VN embassy, I have ALWAYS gone through an travel agent who can get the visa in 2 days for $31 / 2week visa $32 / 4 week visa

(Don%26#39;t ask me why $1 different for 2+weeks !! )

2) When you get to PP, if you are near St86 beside the PhnomPenh Hotel, turn left at the Mosque and there is a reavel agent down there on the right in %26#39;Backpacker land%26#39; who gets me my visas
